Clean and spacious accommodations.

Our key cards malfunctioned numerous times, which was incredibly frustrating. I had to keep returning to the front desk, where Orlando was rude and dismissive about our issues. Additionally, the water temperature in the shower was consistently scalding, making it nearly impossible to get a comfortable wash.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating, but

the bathroom in our room could use some serious improvements. The shower had low water pressure, which made it less enjoyable. Despite that, the room was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the comfortable bed.

Had a great stay with friends! We loved checking out the Coral Sky Amphitheater and Downtown City Place. The staff were friendly, and the free breakfast was a nice perk. The coffee being available 24/7 was a bonus for our late-night returns.

We faced a noisy disturbance one night from people in the hallway, but it was brief and didn't affect our overall enjoyment.
